The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, an elegant living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or relax on a hanging chair while the sun caresses the hills surrounding the house.

Each room is a small private retreat, equipped with a 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with free Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video included in the living room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a desk, wardrobe, armchair, and high-quality beds (one queen-size and one king-size, or two singles upon request).

The bathroom features a spacious shower stall, complete bathroom fixtures, and a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There's also an 8kg washing machine and plenty of storage space for suitcases and personal belongings.

The house is fully equipped with mosquito nets, a 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with free Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video subscriptions included, air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms, quality linens, towels of various sizes, blankets, and duvets, as well as a courtesy and cleaning kit with everything you need for a worry-free stay.

The elegant living room features a comfortable sofa bed, making the home ideal for up to 6 guests. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and drip coffee maker, as well as a selection of capsules and teas to start your day with a smile.

Finally, the small terrace with a hanging chair and table is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast in the sun or relax at sunset with a glass of wine, admiring the hills surrounding the house.

Guests staying at the apartment have access to a reserved, convenient, and secure parking space, located near the entrance to the house.

Guests access the building through a shared door. The completely independent apartment is located on the first floor and has a private entrance.

The building is a detached house: we, the owners, live on the second floor, while on the ground floor there is another apartment for rent.

Guests have access to a reserved, convenient, and safe parking space, located near the house entrance.

The stairs and main entrance are shared areas and are equipped with clearly marked video surveillance cameras, installed for security purposes only.

Alessandra and Marco will be ready to welcome you personally upon check-in to show you the house, offer helpful tips on Camaiore and the surrounding area, and chat in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

For those who prefer greater autonomy, remote check-in can easily be arranged.

During your stay, Alessandra and Marco are always available to assist you with any needs: they live on the second floor of the same house, so they will be close by but always respectful of your privacy.

Casa Montebello is located in a quiet area of Camaiore, easily accessible by car. Guests have access to a reserved parking space right in front of the house.

Our apartment is on the first floor of a detached house with a shared entrance. There's another apartment for rent on the ground floor, and we live on the second floor, always available if needed.

For everyone's safety, clearly marked video surveillance cameras have been installed in common areas (staircases and entrance).

The house is non-smoking and we do not accept pets, to ensure the hygiene and comfort of all guests.
